For example, we may collect some information about you when you visit the JOEFX website because your internet provider address needs to be recognized by our server. Our services require some personal data to be collected. If you choose not to provide us with the personal data necessary to enable us to provide such services, you may not be able to use such services.

In the event that we require your payment for subscription charges or other service fees to be made via a third-party payment service, we will provide you with a link to such third-party payment service to process the relevant payment, however, unless it is necessary for the parties to consummate the transaction, we will not collect information about your bank account, credit card, or billing address, either from you or from such third-party payment service.


3. Transfer of data.
Since we provide services through resources around the world, your personal information may be transferred to foreign jurisdictions outside of your home country, unless restricted under applicable laws and regulations or specifically agreed by agreement.  We may ask for your consent to the transfer of personal information across borders, or to implement security measures such as data de-identification prior to cross-border data transfer according to applicable law.


4. Direct marketing.
We do not intend to use your name and contact details to send you marketing materials about our services and/or related products; however, if we plan to do so in the future, we will only send our marketing materials to you using the contact information provided by you. Our services are not intentionally designed for or directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect or store personal information about children.


6. Retention of your personal data.
We will retain your personal data only for so long as is necessary for fulfilling the purpose for which they were collected. We keep your contact information (such as mailing list information) until you unsubscribe or request that we delete that information. If you no longer use our services and choose to unsubscribe from a mailing list, we may keep certain limited information about you so that we may honor your request.
